Functions: What Directors Can Do
When
you login to our site, you will see three links.
These links do the following:
User Home Page
– this link takes you to the Course Catalog so that you may review
the content as a learner does.
Search Users
– this brings you to a list of all your enrolled users. If you’d
like to see a particular user, type information (like his/her
first name) into the table and click the button.
Reset
Password
–
rarely a user totally forgets his/her password. You can reset it
with this function. Simply enter the user’s email address and
enter a new password for him/her and click the button.
The
Instruction Sheet: Getting Staff Started
As an Instructor,
you need
to set up your agency's INSTRUCTION SHEET.
The Instruction Sheet is great. All you do is add some
agency-specific information to it and give it to staff and they
are ready to train. Follow the instructions below for
downloading and editing your Instruction Sheet. If you have
any troubles with this, contact
info@youthleadercert.com
for help.

you or a supervisor at your agency in an email when you signed up

to complete all their training. It is set to THREE as a
default, but some agencies use a custom expiration length, if you
do, enter it here.

Course Requirements
and Deadlines
- Check the boxes next to courses you wish to require and even add
a deadline if you wish.
Step 3 - Resave the
document and print or email it to staff. Re-edit anytime you
wish.
The Review
Guide - A Blended Learning Option
In
response to your requests, we have created an NYLT Program Review
Guide. This guide may be used by supervisors to engage staff
during live training opportunities and discuss the topics learned
in the online training.* Use this guide to highlight the
important points, skills and tools from the trainings. You
can even pick a different course to review with them each week as
a way to engage in continuing education! Click the link
below to download your copy of the NYLT Review Guide.
