following features all enhance the learning experience for your
staff, engaging them using the best practices in learning theory.

Animated
Presentations
- Courses feature
audio/visual FLASH presentations to provide information in an
engaging manner. The full text of the audio is provided with
the click of a button in the bottom left corner of all animated
presentations for those without speakers, headphones, or who are
hard of hearing or deaf.

Printable Notes
- Learners
may take notes while learning and then may print those notes to
take away with them. This provides a hard-copy "take-away"
even after an online course is complete.

Digital Library
- The Digital
Library contains support documents and review sheets which staff
may also download and print to take away with them.

Interactive Quizzes
- Courses
contain quizzes with varying grading requirements. Quizzes
contain questions of varying types and include questions featuring
images as well as text. Learners receive feedback once quiz
is complete.

Email to Instructor
- If the
agency provides an Instructor (more below), the learner will be
able to email him or her with questions or to have a forgotten
password reset.
Validation
- the following
features allow you to CONFIRM that staff have completed the
required training.

Certificates
- Upon completion
(and passing, if it is required by the particular course),
learners will receive a secure digital certificate which they may
print. Certificate contains a unique alphanumeric tag for
each learner and cannot be duplicated or fabricated.

Director

Agencies can assign an individual(s) to serve as the
Director
for their staff. Directors are given a special
login that allows them to view staff progress in the courses as
well as grades earned.
